Meet The Author
Tam is a self-published author known for a diverse range of genres. From captivating children's book that teaches self-love to resourceful self-help books for returning citizens, her writing inspires readers of all ages.
Tam is an experienced copy editor and freelance writer who began working in journalism while living in Jackson, Miss. She wrote for The Jackson Free Press (Jackson, Miss.) and The Rambler Newspaper (Irving, TX). Additionally, Tam has assisted nonprofits and state agencies with monthly and quarterly newsletters.
While living in Jackson, Tam wrote about natural hair, homemade cleaners, and local businesses. She interviewed some amazing people in and around the Jackson area and beyond. Her favorite and most memorable interview was when she interviewed the amazing A'lelia Bundles, the great-great-granddaughter of Madam C.J. Walker, the first self-made female millionaire in the United States.
